Colorado Parmesean Pine Nut Salad
All from scratch. YUMMY.
(Yes, that is a full bottle of wine. Yes, I'm the only adult. Don't judge.)
I'm not sure my 6 year old appreciated it as much as he should. I mean, he was upset because we didn't have A1 steak sauce. LOL.
It was just me and him. I figure we deserved to be spoiled with an awesome meal. And it was gooood. No leftovers.
Unfortunately, the low carb chocolate brownies that I made for dessert were a total FAIL. Tasted like cardboard. I got the recipe off the internet, and the reviews were fantastic.
The reviewers must be on CRACK. Because they were baaaad.
The custard was awesome though. Batting 500 isn't terrible.
Being such a great cook, how is it possible that I'm still single?
